PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
Products in their original *sale-able condition, may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of approval. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags properly attached.
We reserve the right to not accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
If items do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
*Sale-able Condition: unworn, unaltered, and free odor and fragrances.
RETURN PROCESS
To process an exchange or return, you must first contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving the product(s) to receive approval. If approved, returned packages must be post marked within 7 days from the date of approval. We recommend requesting a receipt and a tracking number from your shipping provider.
FIVEAMS does not provide return labels and is not responsible for shipping costs or loss of returned products, unless the product was damaged before receipt.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the product. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have credited your account. Refunds will be issued in the same form of the initial payment. Original shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
